The Old Trafford Boy to Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid

United #7 is now Madrid's #9. Cristiano Ronaldo, Manchester United's favorite player moved to Real Madrid for a world record fee of 80million pound. 90,000 fans crammed Santiago Benerbue just to welcome the FIFA World Player of the year 2008 on the day they introduced him as a official Madrid player.

Cristiano Ronaldo said, his child wood dream came through and he promised the fans and the directors that he will show the same quality and work rate as he produced in Manchester United.

Cristiano Ronaldo, a modern football icon; FIFA World Best Player and for sure the best football earner right now on the planet is going to find a new life at Real Madrid. How he is going to be adapt himself into the "superstar family" in Real Madrid is depends to him. But for sure, he will get his touch easily in La Liga. A league which is not like Premier League which shows more psychical and fast ball movement game. La Liga will be his 'step-over' stage and he will amused everyone with his pace.

Maybe, United's fans upset on his transfer to Madrid. But for me personally, it was a good move. He won everything as a United player at a very young age. Start from domestic titles to the personal awards were under his belt. Sir Alex allowed him to go to Real Madrid not because of money ( Cristiano worth more than that); but he knows well that this boy's contribution were enough to United and let him to show his class in different stage.

Cristiano, openly voiced his intention to thank Sir Alex to overturned his ego and selfish game during his early years in United. That changes in his game made him as a world best player worth 80 million pound now. He thank the United's fans too in a press conference because they love him a lot, they support him during his worst days (after the world cup brawl with Rooney); they sing his name whenever he touches the ball. It is shows that he loves the United's fans a lot too.

Now, 2009/2010 season going to start without our superstar to bang the valuable goals but, there are quality players such as Rooney, Barba and new recruit Owen to bang the goals for United. Hopefully, we can be Champion again without Cristiano.

GOOD LUCK Cristiano!!!

GOOD LUCK Manchester United for the Coming Season!!!
